Rules for using the GAUAB educational service operated by Codeniza.

These Terms govern use of GAUAB, an educational website and Android application operated by Codeniza (codeniza.com). By using GAUAB, a user—and a parent or guardian when required—agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Account information must be accurate and sign-in credentials must be protected. Children should use GAUAB with the supervision and consent of a parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult where required. Adults responsible for a child must review the child's use and privacy choices.
GAUAB may provide books, articles, exams, progress, certificates, comments, reports, and support. Users may use the service for lawful personal and educational purposes. Users must not cheat, impersonate others, compromise accounts, bypass security, scrape or disrupt the service, upload malware, infringe rights, harass others, or submit illegal, sexual, violent, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise unsafe content. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Users retain rights in content they submit but grant Codeniza a limited license to host, display, process, and moderate it solely to operate and protect GAUAB. Codeniza may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, or law. Users and parents can report concerns through the in-app or website support tools.
GAUAB's software, design, branding, and published content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access does not transfer ownership. Educational results, scores, and certificates are provided for learning and do not guarantee admission, employment, licensing, or any official qualification unless expressly stated.
We work to keep GAUAB accurate, secure, and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available, and Codeniza is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Users may stop using GAUAB or request account deletion. Codeniza may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
