Account and Data Deletion

GAUAB is operated by Codeniza. Users—and parents or guardians acting for a child—may request permanent deletion of an account and associated personal data.

Request deletion

1. Sign in to GAUAB on the website or Android app.
2. Open Account or Settings and choose Account Deletion.
3. Review what will be deleted and submit the request.

The public request page is https://gauab.com/en/account-deletion. If sign-in is unavailable, contact alaa.dw@gmail.com from the account email and state that you are requesting GAUAB account deletion. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect the account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes or anonymizes the account profile and associated personal data, such as saved content, learning progress, exam activity, certificates, preferences, and user submissions, where they can be linked to the account. The process is not merely account deactivation. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Limited retention

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, regulatory duties, or proof that a request was completed. Protected backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle expires and are not restored for ordinary use. Users will be informed if a legal reason prevents full or immediate deletion.
